生产数据分析理论的基础是变流量变压力的渗流力学理论,提出满足工程精度要求的渗流力学方程,同时引进一定的假设进行方程的简化和求解是关键。目前国内外均未有成熟的缝洞型油藏生产数据分析研究方法。随着缝洞型油藏开发深入,在不影响生产的情况下,急需相关的专业软件对日常生产数据进行解释分析。

目前国内外均没有成熟的生产数据分析方法,现有的生产数据分析分析软件也没有专门的缝洞型油藏生产数据分析模型。我公司针对缝洞型油藏展开研究,提出了生产数据分析方法,并提出了基于累积量时间的概念,代替物质平衡时间,可以有效的解决横坐标不单调的问题。同时,针对生产过程中存在中频繁开关井的问题,提出了基于虚拟等效时间的概念,大大提高拟合质量,给出合理的拟合结果及未来产能预测。

The base theory of production data analysis based on variable flow rate and pressure seepage mechanics theory, put forward the seepage mechanics equation satisfied the requirements of  engineering precision, and introduce certain assumptions to simplify and solve the equation is the key. At present, both domestic and foreign havn’t mature analysis and research methods for fracture-vuggy reservoir production data. With the development of the fracture-vuggy reservoir, there is an urgent need for relevant professional software to explain and analyze the daily production data without affecting the production.

This project is based on the flow-fluctuate coupling model, based on which the variable flow and pressure production data analysis model and interpretation method are proposed.

Research on production data analysis model of fracture-vuggy reservoir: flow model of fracture-vuggy reservoir; characteristic model of flow-fluctuate  coupling; production data analysis model of variable pressure and flow are built.

Research on analysis method for production data in fracture-vuggy reservoir: definition of dimensionless parameters and establishment of dimensionless equation for production data analysis in fracture-vuggy reservoir; Solution of mathematical equation for production data analysis in fracture-vuggy reservoir: Laplace transformation of dimensionless equation and solution in Laplace space, theoretical solution for dimensionless bottom-hole pressure is obtained; Research on fracture-vuggy reservoir typical curve plate and production data analysis method: according to the theoretical solution of dimensionless bottom-hole pressure, plot the typical curve plate in log-log coordinate system and suggest the analysis method of fracture-vuggy reservoir production data analysis.

R&D of production analysis software for fracture-vuggy reservoir  production; programming data analysis software for fracture-vuggy reservoir production,  integrating and testing data analysis software for fracture-vuggy reservoir production.

At present, there is no mature production data analysis method in domestic and foreign, and the existing production data analysis software also does not have a special production data analysis model of fracture-vuggy reservoir. Our company research the fracture-vuggy reservoir, put forward analysis method of production data analysis and the concept of accumulated time, the accumulated time can replace the material balance time and solve the problem that x axis does not coordinate. At the same time, according to existing problem of frequent shut in and open well in production process. the concept based on the virtual equivalent time is put forward, the simulation quality is greatly improved, and reasonable simulation results and future capacity prediction are given.
